On July 10, 2019, Chestnut Park Real Estate hosted the launch party of their brand new Port Carling Muskoka office. Chestnut Park clients, Realtors, staff and members of the community made the journey to enjoy a spectacularly sunny afternoon in Muskoka and celebrate the impressive new build.
Chestnut Park’s CEO Chris Kapches delivered an exuberant speech sharing how thrilled he was with the stunning new office constructed by Tamarack North. He expressed his gratitude for the enthusiastic support from Peerage Realty Partners’ Founder & Executive Chairman Miles S. Nadal. Miles went on to thank both the Chestnut Park and Peerage teams for their efforts and conveyed his adoration of the Muskoka area, crediting his partner Kelly for her encouragement to purchase their nearby cottage a decade ago.
Port Carling is one of Muskoka’s oldest communities, associated with summer adventures, abundant nature, breathtaking views of a pristine lake, and luxurious real estate. The Port Carling community has year-round residents, as well as droves of tourists from around the world. Over the years, Port Carling has transformed from a village that attracts wildlife adventurers to a bustling city dubbed as the shopping and restaurant epicentre of the Muskoka Lakes region.
