Laurie joins Peerage from WatServ, an IT solutions provider, where she was Head of Human Resources and Chief of Staff to the CEO. She began her career in education, taking on progressively senior positions in the internal training and strategic learning group at Ernst & Young. At Deloitte, as part of the Human Capital Practice, Laurie focused on the human aspects of business transformation including accelerated change management and driving business goals.

Laurie is responsible for creating a workforce strategy and the best practices that underpin the achievement of ambitious growth plans, while preserving our entrepreneurial and hands-on culture.
