If you have already explored this site, you know that all of us at Peerage Realty are deeply committed to our partnerships with leading brokers and advisors in key markets across North America.

By way of context, we are entrepreneurs who partner with entrepreneurs in the luxury residential real estate resale and the pre-construction condominium sectors. We invest in their passion, providing the capital and other resources that support their ability to offer the best advice and highest standard of client service.

One of the questions we’re often asked, is how we choose our partners. And vice versa, of course.

There is plenty of due diligence, financial review, forecasting, and strategic analysis. But the ultimate consideration is fit. Are these people who share our values? Are they people we like and trust? Will we look forward to working closely with them through thick and thin – or maybe not so much?

For Peerage Realty, the emphasis on character and values are so foundational because we are in businesses where integrity, trust, and accountability are everything. All our partners are in the business of finding homes for families and for individuals. That means listening to their dreams and helping them find a community, a street, a house or a condominium where they feel safe and, well, at home. It’s much more than just selling a property.

Our company has grown through partnerships from the very outset. While we are always open to new opportunities (remember, we are entrepreneurs at heart), we’re currently very focused on delivering new technology platforms, recruitment and retention programs, financial and back-office synergies, and other steps to make our partner companies as competitive and as resilient as possible in all market conditions.
