Scotiabank Invests in OurboroScotiabank has invested in Ourboro’s co-ownership fund, providing Canadian homebuyers a way to build equity and wealth over the long term.
Through this partnership with other investors, including LiUNA (Laborers’ International Union of North America), Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and Peerage Capital Scotiabank is helping to make home ownership more accessible for first-time buyers in Ontario. It does this by helping to finance the required 20 percent down payment.
