Peerage Realty Partners is further expanding its expertise in British Columbia’s new and resale residential condo market with a significant strategic investment in The Condo Group of Victoria.


TORONTO,  May 5, 2021   Peerage Realty Partners Inc. (“Peerage Realty”) has acquired a substantial partnership interest in The Condo Group Real Estate Limited (“The Condo Group”), Vancouver Island’s leading pre-sale marketing and re-sale brokerage firm. The Condo Group transaction reinforces Peerage Realty’s commitment to B.C. through its partnerships with firms including Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in the premium residential re-sale market; Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Limited; and BakerWest Real Estate Incorporated and Epic Real Estate Solutions Incorporated in the pre-construction condominium marketing and sales sector.
