We are happy to announce the addition of two new members to the Peerage Realty Partners team. Nicole de Larzac and Adam Price will add greater depth to our portfolio of talent, contributing to the successful growth of partner companies. Both Nicole and Adam have an entrepreneurial background, something that will serve them well in dealing with all our Peerage Realty partners.

Nicole, who has worked with several Peerage companies on a consulting basis over the past year, is joining in the newly created role of Vice-President, Partner Growth. With her extensive marketing background, Nicole will work internally and with Partners to scope, prioritize, and implement key strategic projects. This will include initiatives – such as business planning and business case development – that focus on growth, innovation, and integration. 

Adam is taking on another new role: Director of Brokerage Technology. Adam has deep marketing and digital experience in the real estate sector. His mandate is to work closely with Peerage Realty Partners to ensure that in an increasingly technology-driven sector, they have the tools and the support to implement the latest realtor technology. He will also oversee the education and training required to smoothly adopt and update Partner tech stacks.
