We know that having a complete suite of offerings is important to our clients throughout the homeownership lifecycle. That’s why we are working closely with our U.S. brokerages to build a range of full-service offerings.
This includes mortgage, title, insurance, and warranty services as well as other ancillary services.

In some markets where partnerships are already formed, we are further enhancing the level of focus around full-service support. In other markets, we are launching new full-service brands, such as Connected Home Lending Partners (in partnership with Summit Funding) and Momentous Title (in partnership with Kensington Vanguard).

Because we recognize the importance of these services to the client and to our long-term brokerage model, we are committed to building this business in a way that achieves customer efficiencies but reflects a knowledge of local markets.
