BAKERWEST ON VANCOUVER HOUSING SUPPLY SOLUTIONSVancouver mayor, Kennedy Stewart, has backed a plan to increase densification in the city. It will allow as many as six homes to be built on one lot, making a significant improvement to a chronic housing supply shortage.
The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has advocated for and backed this plan, commending the precedent it sets for other cities.
